Backend-Focused Software Engineer
I'm a backend-focused full-stack engineer with 6+ years building production workflow systems — APIs, data models, access control, and integrations — for product companies and real institutions. Open to senior backend/full-stack roles, and select project collaborations.

Background
Foundation
Graduated with a degree in IT. Like most people, survival came first — the degree was a starting point, not a shortcut.
Inside the system
Interned in a government accounting department, then stayed as a casual employee for nearly a year. Saw firsthand how public offices actually operate — the approvals, the paperwork, the operational realities behind every process. That context lives in everything I now build for institutions.
At the human layer
Spent years in customer-facing work — constant, direct interaction with people solving real problems. Learned that clear systems and clear communication are not optional; they're what separates a process that works from one that doesn't.
Now
Currently a software engineer at Sportality, a sports technology company in Sweden — six years building there. Alongside that, independent work back home: cooperative infrastructure and government platforms for local institutions in the Philippines. The earlier work wasn't a detour. It's why the software I write is designed for people, not just for developers.
"Rooted in growth.Read the manifesto
Driven by purpose."
Currently
Fullstack engineering at Sportality — backend API design, database modeling, and frontend delivery across the platform.
Own REST API integrations and performance optimization work across the product.
Independently building government and cooperative platforms for local institutions in the Philippines, alongside this role.

Work
Systems built for institutions, communities, and real-world use — combining engineering depth with intentional design.
A workflow-based government platform for managing disbursement vouchers, approvals, notifications, and administrative processes with role-based workflows and digital tracking systems.

Soroy sa Socorro is a web application that showcases the beauty of Socorro Island. The website provides information on local delicacies, tourist spots, and barangay details, helping visitors and locals explore the island's unique offerings. The platform is designed to be user-friendly and visually appealing, promoting tourism and cultural awareness.

TeachSlide is an AI-powered presentation generator designed to help educators create ready-made class presentations with minimal preparation time. The application generates slides, talking points, and quizzes in seconds, allowing teachers to focus more on teaching and student engagement rather than repetitive lesson preparation.
A React Native attendance app for Bucas Grande Foundation College and the Division Schools Press Conference. Gate staff scan student QR codes to mark presence in real time, with offline capture and auto-sync when the connection returns — so attendance still works in low-signal school venues.
A student contribution payment system for Socorro National High School's accounting department. It replaces the school's Excel-based ledger with per-section payment tracking across four quarters, role-based access for cashiers and admins, cash-advance requests, and liquidation records — live at contritrack.localwebventures.net.
A cooperative election platform for SOEMCO members — anonymous ballots, on-site kiosk voting, multi-branch eligibility, and certified results with a full audit trail. Built so board elections can run with the same accountability as a paper vote, without the paper. Live at soemco-election.localwebventures.net.

CitizenCare is a react-native application designed to empower citizens by providing access to critical announcements from local departments such as hospitals, fire stations, and police. It allows users to submit reports and inquiries, fostering community engagement and ensuring swift response to public concerns.

A tenant website built as part of the LocalWebVentures multi-tenant platform. It features real-time content management, booking system, and dashboard control for event services. Designed to help small businesses easily manage and present their offerings online.
